After grabbing the attention of everybody in the UK Hip Hop scene back in 2014 with Walkin Prod. Dirty Dike, Ocean Wisdom has been gathering followers at a pace matched only by the speed of the raps that he produces. The Brighton rapper’s talent was first noticed by Dike back in 2013 and Wizzy has since joined the High Focus gang, touring around the UK and mainland Europe and generally causing a scene. Ocean Wisdom released his Ep – Splittin’ the racket which was filmed in his hometown Brighton - back in August last year, working with Dike again to give us a taster of the sort of work they would be producing together.
'Chaos 93 is an ode to the level of work Wizzy has so obviously maintained over the last couple of years perfecting his flow. “I mother-fuckin hate slackers, I don’t roll with no at-the-backers”
With Dirty Dike’s epic standard of production and the mix of creative minds used in creating this album, expectations have been high for months.
High street is the first unreleased track on the album, with a dark jumpy beat which will have heads bouncing indefinitely, Ocean really sets the pace for his whole album with this one and switches up his flow so effortlessly it’s silly. This track is a great example of why Dirty Dike and Ocean Wisdom are such a perfect match when it comes to production and with Dike’s constant laughing audible on the track it seems safe to say that the pair had a good time working on this project.
Track 15 'Real Smooth' features a chilled bouncy rendition with The Four Owls whilst the rest of the album sees verses from Klashnekof, Jam Baxter, Dirty Dike,
